Steve Jobs' Childhood Home Gets 'Historic' Designation

Steve Jobs and best friend Steve Wozniak built the very 1st Apple computer in a garage
Los Altos City Council Historical Commission has designated the boyhood home of Steve Jobs an "historic resource" due to the way the legendary Apple co-founder went on to impact the world.

The 2-year process to stamp the house, owned by the late Apple co-founder's sister Patricia Jobs, with historic status, comes with restrictions on renovations or remodelling.

The house was built in 1951 and was considered remarkable for the role it played in the life of Jobs, not for its architecture, the commission noted. The house was originally owned by Steve Jobs' adoptive parents. See a picture of the house below:

Health Series 5: Health Benefits of Honey

“My son, eat thou honey, for it is good” — King Solomon – Proverbs: 24:13

Honey is one of the oldest sweeteners on earth and its health benefits are well-known facts. Honey is a food that should be in every woman's kitchen and every home. It is a reliable substitute for sugar (from sugarcane).

How honey is produced:
Bees search for a source of nectar. When they find a suitable flower they take up the nectar into their ‘crop’ [like a stomach for honey]. Then they regurgitate it (vomit it back up). The bees then chew the regurgitated nectar, mixing it with saliva to add enzymes. Then they swallow it again and regurgitate it again. This process is repeated many times.

In a brave display of civil disobedience, women in Saudi Arabia on Saturday defied their nation's ban on women driving by getting behind the steering wheel.

After a campaign for change gathered pace on social media, numerous women filmed themselves behind the wheel Saturday in various cities and uploaded those videos to YouTube.

No traffic law specifically prohibits women from driving in Saudi Arabia, but religious edicts there are often interpreted to mean women are not allowed to operate a vehicle.
It's not clear what action might be taken against women who defy the de facto ban.
